Items can be in any condition including worn/damaged, however please ensure that they are washed before sending them off. We can't accept worn underwear at this time. We can accept bras, but underwires must be removed. For a complete list of items we can accept CLICK HERE.

Rather than waiting for a courier to collect, you can instead drop-off at your nearest AusPost Office whenever is convenient for you. To reduce waste and emissions, we don't send you anything to collect your items in. Your textiles can be packaged into anything — a food delivery box, grocery box or even a moving box! You can also pack your items into a secure bag or satchel.

For 10kg, we suggest using a box with the dimensions 460x410x420mm, or approximately the size of carry-on luggage.
For 20kg, we suggest using a box with the dimensions 660x460x330mm, or approximately the size of check in luggage.
