In 2022, we launched our new on-site solution to bring convenient recycling to our partners’ workplaces and offices, giving new life to staff uniforms, fabric off-cuts, and faulty products. Using this new program, brands have decided to step up and offer this recycling solution to their customers so that they can recycle a few items in-store! With the support of UPPAREL, these businesses are making a real, measurable, positive impact. By recycling items through these certified UPPAREL bins, you’re ensuring your items will avoid landfill and be given a new life, all while supporting a circular fashion economy.

These locations are not designed for large drop-offs. If the bin is full, we kindly ask that you do not dump your items. To recycle more, you can book a collection here.

This fellow Certified B Corp has stepped up to launch the largest drop-off network to date with 24 in-store textile recycling bins across Melbourne! UPPAREL is supporting Kathmandu to provide customers with a sustainable solution to keep their pre-loved gear out of landfill. Simply head into any participating store and drop-off your Kathmandu products in bins provided.

Universal Store was one of our first brand partners to offer our in-store textile recycling solution to their customers. The program is currently being trialled in five stores across the Greater Melbourne Region, with hopes of expanding to other Universal Stores across Australia. Simply head into any of the listed store locations and look for the black co-branded recycling bin. Universal Store locations can only accept the following select textile items.

Over the past couple of years, DECJUBA has partnered with UPPAREL to provide online denim recycling satchels, as well as access to denim drop-off points at all of their retail stores across Australia and New Zealand! DECJUBA is committed to their sustainability targets and continues to grow its responsible and circular product offering through transparency, recyclability, and the circularity of denim. Simply visit any DECJUBA store and drop off your denim over the counter for recycling! It can be any brand, condition, or wash and we’ll give it a new life.

Environmental Conservation is at the heart of their business within Paddy Pallin. They want to be a part of the solution to mitigate climate change, to ensure we all leave the world in a better position than when we entered it. That’s why they are partnering with UPPAREL.
